La Stone Therapy® is that of the American Mary Nelson developed in 1993 with heated basalt stones massage treatment and cool marble stones. As early as 2000 years BC, the Chinese have used tempered stones to relax the muscles.

You lie down on a "bed rock" of wonderfully warm basalt stones. In the rhythm of A breath I put the different-sized stones on the energy centres of the body such as abdomen, forehead, hands and feet. The pleasant relaxing heat is a pleasure for body, mind and soul. Now begins the actual massage. I distribute genuine oil generously over the entire body.
